When making changes to your health, it’s the small changes that make the biggest difference.
The average working Canadian spends 60% of their waking hours on the job. After driving around the kids or making dents in the never-ending ‘To Do’ list, it can be tough to use what’s left of your day to hit the gym or make a healthy meal at home as often as we would like.
The great news is that it’s easy to make the most out of the time we spend at work when it comes to our health. Making just small changes, like trying to stand more or switching up your go-to afternoon snack, add up to big impact.
