How do I apply?

All application steps are listed in the Awards Guidelines. Review the specific eligibility criteria for each award category prior to entering the contest.

CCS Healthy Workplaces reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet the specific award criteria

Step 1

Review the Extra Mile Awards Criteria to determine which award category your business can apply for.

Step 2

Complete the Awards application form and submit it by March 2, 2018. You will be notified that your award application has been received. If you have any questions about the application, please refer to the Extra Mile Awards FAQs.

Step 3

All submissions will be reviewed by the Awards Program Review Committee. You may be contacted for clarification or additional information about your application.

Step 4

All nominated businesses will be notified and winners will be announced during the Extra Mile Awards presentation on March 28, 2018.
