Alcohol Awareness Challenge – Banner 2

Drinking alcohol raises your risk of developing head and neck, breast, stomach, pancreatic, liver and colorectal cancers. As such, it is important to keep track of your alcohol consumption, and ensure you’re aware of the risks associated with drinking alcoholic beverages.

The below toolkits will provide you with the educational resources you’ll need in order to expand your knowledge about the relationship between alcohol and cancer. The challenge toolkits will provide you with workplace wellness challenges aimed at reducing your alcohol consumption.

Every year the Canadian Cancer Society launches Dry Feb, a fundraiser that challenges you to go alcohol-free in February, and raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society. Sign up for the Dry Feb challenge here, and find information in the challenge toolkits below!
