Healthy Eating at Home

About one-third of all cancers can be prevented by eating well, being active and maintaining a healthy body weight. As we adjust to the new normal of working from home, healthy eating should be a priority. Moreover, healthy eating needs to be easy, budget friendly, and realistic.

As such, Healthy Workplaces launched the Healthy Eating Challenge in order to ensure employees are able to eat healthy meals while working from home, and extend that habit once they return to the workplace.
